About the role
- Represent patient-centered mission and vibrant organizational culture to prospective candidates
- Consult with hiring leaders to attract, engage, and retain diverse, top-tier talent
- Define and reinforce a consistent recruiting process for best-in-class candidates
- Build critical cross-functional partnerships with compensation, HR, finance, etc.
- Develop and implement a search strategy; assess candidates against set criteria
- Make appropriate offer recommendations and execute on closing approach
- Monitor competitive intelligence and trends for creative sourcing strategies
Requirements
- 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a biotech, pharma or technology company
- Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor
- Ability to operate well at a high velocity and provide clarity to ambiguous situations
- Experience sourcing and closing candidates ranging from entry level to senior management positions
