About the role

  • Represent patient-centered mission and vibrant organizational culture to prospective candidates
  • Consult with hiring leaders to attract, engage, and retain diverse, top-tier talent
  • Define and reinforce a consistent recruiting process for best-in-class candidates
  • Build critical cross-functional partnerships with compensation, HR, finance, etc.
  • Develop and implement a search strategy; assess candidates against set criteria
  • Make appropriate offer recommendations and execute on closing approach
  • Monitor competitive intelligence and trends for creative sourcing strategies

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full cycle recruiting experience in a biotech, pharma or technology company
  • Experience partnering with hiring teams throughout the recruiting process, acting as an effective hiring partner and trusted advisor
  • Ability to operate well at a high velocity and provide clarity to ambiguous situations
  • Experience sourcing and closing candidates ranging from entry level to senior management positions
  • Relentless drive to find and connect with the best talent
  • Customer-service and solutions-oriented focus
  • Exceptional teamwork and multi-tasking skills
  • Effective working remotely
