About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the day-to-day investigation and management of Cyber, Technology Errors & Omissions, and Miscellaneous Professional Lines claims.
Take total ownership of a dedicated claims portfolio, efficiently conducting investigations, managing negotiations, and applying your expertise in insurance contracts.
Collaborate deeply with Resilience's internal security and technology teams to offer policyholders proactive incident response and preventative services.
Manage external service providers during incidents to aggressively reduce losses, ensure meticulous file documentation, and establish a continuous data/analytics feedback loop with our Underwriting team.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2–4 years of proven experience in claims handling, claims advocacy, or cyber insurance coverage.
You must have a demonstrated ability to evaluate primary and excess coverage, navigate increasingly complex cases, and maintain exceptionally clear communication with diverse stakeholders, including insureds, brokers, vendors, and underwriters.
Expertise in handling third-party claims, particularly in Technology Errors & Omissions and Miscellaneous Professional Lines.
Established connections within the cyber broking community, incident response, or cybersecurity sectors.
