About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the day-to-day investigation and management of Cyber, Technology Errors & Omissions, and Miscellaneous Professional Lines claims.
- Take total ownership of a dedicated claims portfolio, efficiently conducting investigations, managing negotiations, and applying your expertise in insurance contracts.
- Collaborate deeply with Resilience's internal security and technology teams to offer policyholders proactive incident response and preventative services.
- Manage external service providers during incidents to aggressively reduce losses, ensure meticulous file documentation, and establish a continuous data/analytics feedback loop with our Underwriting team.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of proven experience in claims handling, claims advocacy, or cyber insurance coverage.
- You must have a demonstrated ability to evaluate primary and excess coverage, navigate increasingly complex cases, and maintain exceptionally clear communication with diverse stakeholders, including insureds, brokers, vendors, and underwriters.
- Expertise in handling third-party claims, particularly in Technology Errors & Omissions and Miscellaneous Professional Lines.
- Established connections within the cyber broking community, incident response, or cybersecurity sectors.
