About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Closely and proactively manage a portfolio of hospital centers
- Use deep product knowledge to optimize patient care pathways
- Anticipate potential obstacles and propose tailored solutions
- Engage with all hospital stakeholders to conduct business reviews
- Maintain detailed product knowledge and occasionally handle user support
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 5 years' experience in customer success / key account management
- Strong analytical skills to analyze situations and data in depth
- Proficiency in English
- Experience applying customer success methodologies
- Experience in a SaaS company is required
- Familiarity with hospital operations is a plus
- Proficiency with tools such as Notion or HubSpot is a plus
