About the role
- Partner closely with the Resilience leadership team to develop and implement strategic and operational plans
- Lead the framework and action plan for the annual operating plan
- Drive process excellence initiatives
- Assist with capital budget financial management, reporting on statistics and analytics around key metrics
- Oversee cross functional strategic projects and priorities
- Develop and oversee strategies, processes, systems, and technologies enabling peak performance
- Prepare materials for quarterly Board of Directors meetings
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in or supporting the biopharmaceutical or manufacturing industry
- Bachelor's Degree in related discipline
- MBA or training in business analytics
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines
- Deep understanding of CDMO strategy, processes, and operations
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategies and operating models in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and drive actionable outcomes
- Experience managing budgets, including capital forecasting, capacity planning, and opex management
- Ability to travel (≤ 10%) and work non-standard hours as needed
