About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Helps conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and manage technician training and development.
  • Helps coordinate team schedules to meet client demands while minimizing downtime.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively, while also handling escalations.
  • Helps oversee daily field service operations, including troubleshooting and resolving escalated issues.
  • Be available to respond to urgent operational needs as required.
  • Assists all technicians comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
  • Helps monitor work quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction, taking corrective actions when necessary.
  • Regular travel within the North East region to visit job sites, meet with technicians, and maintain client relationships.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must hold a current CET (Certified Elevator Technician) license
  • Must have a strong knowledge of elevator systems, diagnostics, and repair processes.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills along with proven experience in managing and leading a team of technicians.
  • Ability to use relevant tools and software for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
  • Willingness to travel regularly within the region.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
