Match invoices to purchase orders.
Code invoices to the correct GL accounts and cost centers.
Enter invoices into the ERP/accounting system.
Prepare and schedule payments.
Ensure payments are made within agreed terms.
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve differences.
Assist in month-end close.
Review AP aging reports and investigate overdue items.
