About the role
- Provide senior leadership within Finance
- Oversee the Bank’s investment budget and manage associated funding flows
- Work collaboratively with key RBNZ Project Portfolio stakeholders
- Deliver strategic financial insight
- Challenge the financial robustness and integrity of project financials
Requirements
- Sound judgement and the ability to think holistically across a broad range of issues
- Proven leadership experience at a senior level in a major financial institution, supervisory authority or Central Bank
- Strong academic qualifications in financial disciplines
- Strong influencing, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong people skills and ability to lead innovation and change in a collaborative and constructive manner
- Proven ability to actively manage a diverse programme of work through to completion, including large projects
