Key responsibilities & impact

Generate new ERP and digital transformation business opportunities in the UAE
Meet business owners, finance managers, and IT decision makers
Conduct ERP product presentations and discovery meetings
Understand customer operational challenges and propose suitable solutions
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions
Follow up consistently and maintain strong sales pipeline discipline
Coordinate with implementation and technical teams
Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain CRM updates and sales reports professionally

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 2–5 years experience in ERP software sales
Odoo ERP sales experience is strongly preferred
Understanding of Finance, CRM, HR, Inventory, Procurement, and Manufacturing processes
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
UAE market experience preferred
Valid UAE driving license preferred
Arabic speaking is an added advantage
Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
