What you’ll need

University degree in Science, including Biotechnology, Chemistry, Biology, or Health Sciences, or wide experience in Customer Service in English
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Experience in a customer support role, preferably in a SaaS or academic environment
Customer service experience including phone calls
Experience with Zendesk preferred
Comfortable working in technical and fast-paced environments
Able to adapt as the product portfolio and customer base grow
Able to work independently and in remote teams
Available to work Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM–9:00 PM CST
