About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets by acquiring new clients.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and opportunities.
  • Lead the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Conduct discovery and demo calls, effectively qualifying and presenting our SaaS solutions to potential clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Develop and deliver compelling client proposals and presentations that highlight the value of our solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • At least 2 years in enterprise/corporate accounts
  • Proven ability to close complex deals
  • Fluent in English; fluency in German and/or French strongly preferred
  • Strong inner drive and proven ability to achieve and exceed quotas
  • Experience with online tools for sales and collaboration (e.g., Outreach, Zoom, Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Teams, Zoominfo).
  • Highly coachable with a growth mindset and comfort in testing new approaches.
