About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Deployment and configuration of our platform (AIP) in customer environments, including air-gapped and on-premises scenarios
Building last-mile integrations to connect our platform to diverse customer infrastructures
Independently troubleshooting, applying platform updates and resolving incidents on-site at customer locations
Developing customer-specific customizations and new modules, from requirements gathering through delivery
Supporting pre-sales with technical workshops, proof-of-concept development and rapid prototyping
Providing L1/L2 technical support and managing customer onboarding
Executing existing test plans for customer use cases and preparing reports for customer presentations
Communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical contacts on the customer side
Feeding field insights back to the core product team (approx. 20% of capacity)

Requirements

What you’ll need

2 to 5 years of experience in software development, ideally with customer-facing deployment experience
Strong Python skills and solid knowledge of at least one other programming language
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and deploying applications across various infrastructure environments
Ability to work independently and autonomously on-site at customer locations
Excellent communication skills: able to present technical concepts clearly and understandably to non-technical stakeholders
Proven problem-solving skills under pressure: diagnosing and resolving issues in production environments
Experience producing documentation, handover materials and technical customer-facing content
