About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Recruit technicians and other technical professionals across multiple seniority levels and locations
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through screening, scheduling, interviewing, presenting, and negotiating offers
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and teams to understand hiring needs
  • Execute initial candidate screening and assessment
  • Qualify talent pools by evaluating hiring eligibility, relocation, immigration, and compensation information
  • Represent RESA Power’s values, mission, story, and value proposition to candidates
  • Develop research strategies for talent pooling, market mapping, and competitor analysis
  • Source candidates through databases, contact lists, employee referrals, job postings, networking, social media, cold calling, and internet research
  • Support recruiting programs with technical schools, universities, and the military
  • Conduct behavioral interviews and competency-based evaluations
  • Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers and follow up on interview outcomes
  • Own and improve the candidate experience
  • Use analytical skills, data, and tools to guide recruiting plans and execution
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing plans
  • Manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity
  • Share data-centric updates with internal stakeholders
  • Track recruitment metrics, analyze trends, and recommend efficiency improvements
  • Continuously improve and scale recruiting operations
  • Complete other assigned projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or experience equivalency
  • Minimum of 5 years related technical recruiting experience
  • Agency experience highly preferred
  • Proven track record of assessing talent beyond matching keywords on a resume
  • Experience building and managing a diverse pipeline
  • Understanding of building relationships with active and passive candidates of all levels
  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing
  • Experience helping scale an early-stage team
  • Ability to speak with clients at various stages through the recruitment lifecycle
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to work in a self-directed manner, take initiative, and drive tasks to closure
  • Experience recruiting field technicians is a plus
  • Up to 40% travel
  • Ability to perform prolonged sitting, computer work, and phone calls
