About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Direct and coordinate financial planning and budget management functions in assigned region
Recommend benchmarks for measuring financial and operating performance
Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget
Partner with site General Managers on budget questions and P&L statements
Manage all aspects of inventory costing, reviews, and reporting
Review P&Ls to ensure accurate monthly reporting of revenue and expenditures
Prepare monthly metrics, including utilization reports to support operations
Ensure compliance with GAAP
Support Corporate Office when necessary for cash collections, accounts payable, and intercompany transactions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of 8 years of experience
Experience with project accounting, including percentage of completion revenue recognition methodology
Experience with GAAP, FASB, accrual base accounting, purchase accounting, and tax filing requirements
Ability to prepare monthly financial statements, key metric reports, budgets, forecasts, cash flow projections and analyses
Computer skills: proficient in Microsoft Office with a focus in Excel, QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics/GP, and CRM
Strong analytical and organizational skills
