About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support a variety of RESA Power’s Business Unit locations
- Report to the Director of HR Business Partnerships
- Implementation and administration of HR programs
- Provide management and employees with support for a full range of HR services
- Partner with HR specialists to execute on Divisional and Company wide HR strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of eight (8) years of experience
- Demonstrated ability to deliver results while working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
- Demonstrated advanced proficiency in an MS Office applications
- Excellent business partnering and interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to speak read and write Spanish is a plus.
