Support a variety of RESA Power’s Business Unit locations
Report to the Director of HR Business Partnerships
Implementation and administration of HR programs
Provide management and employees with support for a full range of HR services
Partner with HR specialists to execute on Divisional and Company wide HR strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of eight (8) years of experience
Demonstrated ability to deliver results while working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
Demonstrated advanced proficiency in an MS Office applications
Excellent business partnering and interpersonal skills
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to speak read and write Spanish is a plus.
