Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support a variety of RESA Power’s Business Unit locations
  • Report to the Director of HR Business Partnerships
  • Implementation and administration of HR programs
  • Provide management and employees with support for a full range of HR services
  • Partner with HR specialists to execute on Divisional and Company wide HR strategies

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of eight (8) years of experience
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results while working in a fast-paced, change-driven environment
  • Demonstrated advanced proficiency in an MS Office applications
  • Excellent business partnering and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to speak read and write Spanish is a plus.
