IT Recruiter – Permanent Placement, Consulting
requisimusIT Recruiter responsible for end-to-end recruiting processes in IT sector. Engaging IT experts and collaborating with clients to meet project needs.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the entire end-to-end recruiting process in the IT domain (embedded hardware/software/testing - Automotive, Defence, Energy, AI, Consulting)
- Identifying and approaching IT professionals (active sourcing via LinkedIn, networks and freelance platforms)
- Conducting pre-screening interviews and evaluating candidates
- Advising and supporting candidates throughout the placement process (permanent placement, temporary employment/employee leasing, freelance)
- Close collaboration with the Technical Sales team to define role requirements
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate network
- Preparing candidate profiles for client presentation
- Managing and developing the candidate pool (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, freelance platforms)
- Market analysis and identification of new recruiting trends (e.g., AI tools)
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience in IT staffing/recruitment
- Good technical understanding of IT roles and technologies
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- High self-motivation and entrepreneurial mindset
- Enjoy working with people and building long-term relationships
- Structured, independent and goal-oriented working style
- Fluent German and good English skills
