About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for the entire end-to-end recruiting process in the IT domain (embedded hardware/software/testing - Automotive, Defence, Energy, AI, Consulting)
  • Identifying and approaching IT professionals (active sourcing via LinkedIn, networks and freelance platforms)
  • Conducting pre-screening interviews and evaluating candidates
  • Advising and supporting candidates throughout the placement process (permanent placement, temporary employment/employee leasing, freelance)
  • Close collaboration with the Technical Sales team to define role requirements
  • Building and maintaining a strong candidate network
  • Preparing candidate profiles for client presentation
  • Managing and developing the candidate pool (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, freelance platforms)
  • Market analysis and identification of new recruiting trends (e.g., AI tools)

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 5 years of experience in IT staffing/recruitment
  • Good technical understanding of IT roles and technologies
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • High self-motivation and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Enjoy working with people and building long-term relationships
  • Structured, independent and goal-oriented working style
  • Fluent German and good English skills
