About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of vehicle power and battery systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications
  • Develop and implement test plans, procedures, and scripts for vehicle electrical and battery management systems to ensure a thorough assessment of performance and reliability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers and project managers, to identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to power supply and battery systems
  • Analyze test results and produce detailed technical reports with recommendations for improvements and optimizations based on findings
  • Stay up to date with power and battery management technologies and integrate new approaches and methods into validation processes to maintain cutting-edge solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in vehicle validation, particularly in Power Network Management and Battery Management Systems
  • Strong skills in embedded software development and functional safety standards
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken; German language skills are an advantage.
