About the role
- For an international automotive project in the field of Battery Management Systems (BMS)
- Project duration: approx. 12–15 months remaining
- Team size: 10–20 Embedded BMS Software Engineers
- International collaboration: European and offshore teams
- Initial on-site presence required; hybrid possible later
Requirements
- Several years of experience in embedded software development for automotive BMS
- Deep understanding of BMS software architectures
- Ability to read, review, and challenge embedded code
- Experience in technical leadership of software teams
- Excellent English; German is an advantage
- Willingness to work on-site in Darmstadt during the initial phase
