About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for all account maintenance activity within InfoPro originating from SalesForce.com cases in support for customers and the Billing Coordinators.
  • Follows standard operating procedures for entering and setting up new accounts.
  • Makes changes to service level information on existing accounts as requested.
  • Enters billing adjustments in InfoPro as a result of adjustments made in CBS.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience working in a high volume, fast paced, customer supporting environment.
  • Possesses basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a clerical position.
