Associate Account Manager
Republic ServicesAssociate Account Manager maintaining and retaining customer relationships in waste services with Republic Services. Responsible for increasing penetration and sales for existing customers.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively maintaining and retaining relationships with existing customers for waste services
- Making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls to retain business
- Increasing the level of penetration in the existing customer base by selling Republic Services products
- Utilizing Salesforce on a daily basis, scheduling and documenting all activities
- Regularly meeting with Sales Manager to review customer retention and activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or G.E.D. (Required)
- 0 - 2 years of customer service experience. (Required)
- Waste or transportation industry experience (Preferred)
