About the role
- Analyzing the needs of various functional business areas within Republic Services
- Recommending system solutions or procedures
- Acting as a liaison between the business and IT department
- Ensuring clear documentation, communication, and validation of work requested
- Working closely with the IT technical team and/or outside vendors
- Designing, developing, documenting and testing solutions that meet business requirements
- Facilitating system enhancement requests
- Coordinating the process of obtaining functional requirements
- Providing support to functional and user acceptance testing groups
Requirements
- Experience using Structured Query Language (SQL) for data analysis
- Business Analysis or Project Management Professional certification
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a business or technical analysis role.
