About the role
- Delivers a high level of customer service and professionalism when responding to payroll inquiries from internal customers.
- Responds timely to payroll questions providing a first call resolution.
- Logs all calls accurately to allow tracking of service inquiries and resolutions.
- Analyzes details of requests provided by internal customers to determine the cause of the issue.
- Investigates submitted requests to provide effective solutions.
- Performs other job-related duties as assigned or apparent.
Requirements
- Experience with high volume customer service environments.
- Minimum 1 year Payroll Experience.
- Intermediate level of MS Excel skills.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in high-volume, fast paced environment with strict deadlines.
- Workday Experience Preferred
