About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor daily progress of tasks and projects using ClickUp
- Ensure deadlines defined for each project and task are met
- Follow up with task owners and provide organized, professional reminders and update requests
- Maintain visual project tracking, ensuring status, owners, deadlines, and checklists are kept up to date
- Conduct short follow-up meetings to update status and identify potential blockers
- Identify delays, bottlenecks, and failures in the execution flow before they impact projects
- Create weekly reports with metrics, delay alerts, and key points of attention
- Propose practical improvements to processes and the organization of activities
- From the 3rd month, propose and test automations and AI-powered solutions to improve process efficiency
