Drive payroll compliance across all jurisdictions, proactively addressing wage and hour regulations, tax filings, and multi-state/multi-country complexities
Lead payroll integration for newly acquired practices
Oversee the full benefits lifecycle: open enrollment, carrier management, plan design, COBRA, ACA compliance, leave administration, and 401(k) operations
Serve as the system owner and subject matter expert for ADP Workforce Now across all modules

Requirements

5–7+ years of progressive experience in payroll, benefits administration, and HRIS management, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role managing direct reports
Deep expertise with ADP Workforce Now (or comparable ADP platform) across multiple modules
Multi-state and multi-jurisdictional payroll experience required; Canadian payroll experience is a strong plus
Proven track record in M&A integration
Strong command of benefits compliance: ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, HIPAA, and state-specific leave laws
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Accounting, or related field; CPP, CEBS, PHR/SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP certifications are a plus.
