About the role
- Supervises daily clinical embryology procedures
- Maintains RMA’s Lab Philosophy, Mission, and Performance Standards
- Implements quality assurance/control programs and regulatory compliance
- Analyzes and monitors lab key performance indicators
- Ensures all lab procedures are completed and documented
- Transmits the Company’s policies to ensure compliance.
Requirements
- Bachelor of Science – Biological science
- TS (ABB) certification - preferred
- 5-7 years of experience - preferred
- Perform and understand clinical embryology principles and techniques
- Perform and understand principles and techniques of Pre-implantation Genetic Testing (PGT)
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) experience
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Outlook.
