About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as a bridge between business areas and technology and data teams.
Understand business problems and translate needs into structured initiatives.
Identify and validate the expected value of requests before implementation.
Support backlog prioritization with a focus on business impact.
Manage and monitor the lifecycle of data products.
Facilitate agile ceremonies and rituals with the teams.
Track indicators, status, and the progress of initiatives.
Prepare executive presentations, reports, and materials for managers, executive managers, and superintendents.
Align expectations between technical and business stakeholders.
Support the construction of roadmaps and strategies for data products.
Act as a facilitator to remove impediments and align across areas.
Influence decisions and directions based on data and value generation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Product Management, Product Owner, Data Products, or related areas.
Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
Backlog management and demand prioritization.
Product roadmap development.
Requirements elicitation and detailing.
Preparation of executive presentations.
Definition and monitoring of product metrics.
Ability to understand and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
Ability to understand data architectures and data flows at a functional level.
Experience with Data, Analytics, or AI products (preferred).
Knowledge of Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Data Engineering (preferred).
Experience in financial institutions, fintechs, or regulated environments (preferred).
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and product management tools (preferred).
Knowledge of SQL and data analysis (preferred).
