About the role

Enhance the AI Workforce strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals, driving impact, business development, sales, and competitive advantage
Collaborate with leadership to create scalable frameworks for rapid prototyping, the agentic workforce, pilot scaling, and AI adoption for customers
Guide AI strategy to support ongoing projects and drive innovation across customers, partners, and go-to-market efforts
Collaborate with customers to gather requirements, define future AI roadmap opportunities, and enable the art of the possible
Translate business needs into AI solutions and provide expertise for end-to-end project guidance
Collaborate with consultants and practice leads to align solutions with customer needs and ensure successful technical outcomes
Strengthen Microsoft relationship by identifying Gen AI/Copilot opportunities and aligning them with market trends and customer insights
Support cross-functional teams to implement AI initiatives end-to-end, track success metrics, ROI, and lead competitive analysis and AI differentiation strategies

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
5 years of experience in management consulting, technology strategy, or digital transformation
Proven experience defining, launching, and managing AI initiatives with measurable business outcomes
Passion for creative solutioning and innovation with deep understanding of AI’s impact on the workplace, including platforms, trends, and evolving professional needs
Experience advising senior executives on technology strategies
Experience with Microsoft Modern Work tech stack (Copilot, Copilot Studio, SharePoint, Teams, Viva, Agents)
MBA or advanced degree in business or a technology-related discipline (preferred)
Adoption Change Management, AI Adoption, or PROSCI certification (preferred)
Expertise in enterprise cloud adoption and IT modernization (preferred)
Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives (preferred)
