About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with Storm Reply resources and clients to derive, develop and deliver business and technology solutions and service offerings using AWS CX-oriented technology
  • Work with project and program managers to ensure successful project execution in alignment with strategic objectives and client expectations
  • Deliver industry-leading work

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current AWS Certification as Solution Architect - Associate or similar
  • Three (3) years up to and including current hands-on experience implementing AWS-based solutions in client environments
  • Demonstrated Amazon Connect solution design and engineering expertise
  • Demonstrated DevSecOps experience on AWS with AWS and/or industry-standard tools including AWS CloudFormation and AWS Lambda
  • Demonstrated work in Agile™ development environments, working knowledge of Scrum™, Agile™ ceremonies, planning activities and project cadence
