About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as a bridge between business users and the technical team, ensuring a clear understanding of processes and requirements.
- Elicit, analyze and document functional requirements together with users.
- Configure and parameterize Dynamics 365 CE, with a focus on the Sales module.
- Support the adoption and use of Dynamics 365 Sales + Dynamics Copilot features.
- Lead meetings with users, workshops and functional clarification sessions.
- Support functional testing (UAT) and validation of delivered solutions.
- Guide end users after go-live, assisting with questions and continuous improvements.
- Produce functional documentation (processes, flows, manuals and specifications).
- Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure the solution meets functional requirements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 Sales.
- Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Sales + Dynamics Copilot.
- Excellent communication skills with business users.
- Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements.
- Consultative, organized and solution-oriented profile.
- Experience in requirements elicitation and leading meetings.
- Strong functional documentation skills.
