About the role
- Plan, coordinate and monitor the execution of medium- to high-complexity software and technology projects
- Act as Scrum Master supporting one or more squads, ensuring effective practice of agile rituals (Daily, Planning, Review and Retrospective)
- Support Product Owners in backlog management and prioritization, ensuring clarity and value in deliveries
- Ensure governance and traceability of requests through tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira or similar
- Identify and remove impediments that may affect team progress
- Develop and track project plans, schedules, risks and KPIs (velocity, lead time, burndown, etc.)
- Lead status meetings and executive reporting for local and international stakeholders
- Act as an agile change agent, promoting continuous improvement, learning and collaboration across teams
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related fields
- Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Scrum Master in software development environments
- Practical knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, SAFe)
- Experience managing technical teams (developers, analysts, QA, DevOps)
- Experience with management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence or similar
- Intermediate to advanced English (for interaction with international teams)
- Desired certifications: PSM I/II, CSM, PMP, PMI-ACP, KMP or equivalent
- Experience in technology companies or startups
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD and delivery automation practices
- Knowledge of performance metrics and scaled frameworks (SAFe, LeSS)
