About the role

  • Serve as the primary contact for projects in the Finance area, connecting business needs with IT teams
  • Manage a portfolio with a high volume of simultaneous requests and projects
  • Plan and monitor scope, schedule, risks, deliverables and KPIs
  • Prioritize requests with stakeholders and ensure continuous alignment with involved areas
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (internal and external), ensuring quality deliverables on schedule
  • Lead follow-up meetings, status reporting and project governance
  • Manage project budgets, costs and financial controls
  • Work on change management, quality assurance and risk mitigation
  • Prepare executive reports for leadership review

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in corporate environments with high demand
  • Experience with projects involving IT and business areas
  • Strong organizational skills, prioritization and management of multiple streams
  • Experience in stakeholder management and communication with operational and executive levels
  • Knowledge of management practices such as scheduling, metrics, risk management and budget control
  • Advanced English (advantage)
  • Exposure to and experience with agile development methodologies (advantage)
  • Previous experience in Finance projects and/or the automotive industry (advantage)
