About the role
- Lead the design and delivery of partner marketing and co-marketing programs for clients, aligned to business and go-to-market objectives
- Translate partner strategies into actionable programs including campaigns, content initiatives, events, and demand-generation efforts
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding partner marketing best practices, frameworks, and execution approaches
- Develop partner messaging frameworks, enablement materials, and co-branded assets that strengthen alignment and clarity
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, operations, and leadership teams—internally and client-side—to ensure programs stay connected to business priorities
- Use AI tools thoughtfully to support research, content, messaging, campaign optimization, and performance insights—without compromising strategy or quality
- Analyze performance and communicate impact clearly, using data to refine, scale, and improve partner programs
- Identify opportunities to streamline execution and improve effectiveness through better workflows, automation, and modern marketing technology
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related degree
- 3 years of experience in partner marketing, B2B marketing preferably professional services
- Strong understanding of go-to-market strategy, partner ecosystems, and content-led growth
- Experience managing cross-functional and external partner relationships
- Comfort using AI-powered tools for content creation, research, analysis, or workflow optimization
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring performance and ROI
