About the role
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology programs, including enterprise software implementations and cloud or platform migrations.
- Own senior stakeholder communication, including status reporting, risk management, and decision framing.
- Drive program strategy by translating business objectives into executable delivery plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and outcomes.
- Manage multi-team agile or hybrid delivery models, coordinating work across engineering, architecture, security, and business teams.
- Track and manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and dependencies across complex programs with multiple vendors or partners.
- Establish and enforce delivery governance, including cadence, reporting standards, and accountability mechanisms.
- Partner with client leadership to ensure alignment between technical delivery and operational or regulatory requirements.
- Mentor delivery leads and project managers, raising the overall execution maturity of the program.
Requirements
- 8 years experience managing large-scale technology programs or enterprise software initiatives.
- Professional services industry experience leading programs with a large number of engineers across multiple teams or vendors.
- Proven experience managing complex migrations or multi-year software delivery efforts.
- Experience operating in agile, SAFe, or hybrid delivery models using Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar tools.
- Ability to work on-site or hybrid from Miami, Florida.
