About the role
- Align with the strategist and team on managers' requirements to guide activity execution.
- Create the activities that will be carried out together with the strategist.
- Lead activities related to voice flow design.
- Report on activities.
- Monitor the group's activity reports.
- Support all stages of the multidisciplinary team.
Requirements
- Degree in design, advertising, information architecture, library science, communications, or other related fields.
- Experience in voice flow design for Bots and IVR (desirable), Design Systems, and ability to facilitate co-creation with the team.
- Experience creating low-, mid-, and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Flow tools (FigJam, Draw.io).
- Prototyping tools (Figma).
- Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Design Thinking.
- Knowledge of financial products is desirable.
- HTML and CSS are desirable.
- You must submit your portfolio and complete a skills/knowledge test.
