About the role

  • Align with the strategist and team on managers' requirements to guide activity execution.
  • Create the activities that will be carried out together with the strategist.
  • Lead activities related to voice flow design.
  • Report on activities.
  • Monitor the group's activity reports.
  • Support all stages of the multidisciplinary team.

Requirements

  • Degree in design, advertising, information architecture, library science, communications, or other related fields.
  • Experience in voice flow design for Bots and IVR (desirable), Design Systems, and ability to facilitate co-creation with the team.
  • Experience creating low-, mid-, and high-fidelity prototypes.
  • Flow tools (FigJam, Draw.io).
  • Prototyping tools (Figma).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Design Thinking.
  • Knowledge of financial products is desirable.
  • HTML and CSS are desirable.
  • You must submit your portfolio and complete a skills/knowledge test.
