About the role

  • Full-cycle sale s: prospecting → pitching → negotiating → closing
  • Building outbound processes from scratch (frameworks, sequences, ICPs), while benefiting from existing insights and tactics
  • Turning inbound inquiries into structured, repeatable conversion flows
  • Focus on performance-based services (OEMs, DSPs, AdNetworks, etc.), driving new business globally.
  • Refining positioning, messaging, and pricing of our services together with the founders
  • Working directly with the founders to define GTM priorities
  • Establishing the foundations of a sales department
  • Later: recruiting, training, and leading your own sales team

Requirements

  • Have 3–5+ years selling AdTech, mobile advertising, OEM ads, DSPs, MMP solutions, or performance marketing services
  • Deeply understand the mobile ecosystem (UA channels, ROAS, SKAN, LTV, MMP attribution)
  • Have a proven track record of closing mid- and high-ticket deals
  • Can build your own pipeline, no SDR dependency
  • Operate well in ambiguity and enjoy carving your own path
  • Have strong business acumen and trust your instincts
  • Want ownership, influence, and the chance to shape a department
  • Are entrepreneurial and thrive in fast, lean environments
  • Value transparency, speed, and accountability
  • Speak English fluently (business level) - any other languages are a plus
