About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify and engage top-tier talent for Software Engineering (Product, Infra, AI/ML), Product Management, and Design.
Manage a tech stack of sourcing tools and agents to power the top of the funnel.
Craft highly personalized, technical, and compelling outreach that resonates with the Replit ethos.
Map out talent across GitHub, Twitter (X), competitive startups, and niche developer communities to find "undiscovered" talent.
Work closely with Recruiters and Engineering Leads to calibrate profiles and refine the search strategy in real-time.
Track conversion rates and leverage data to pivot sourcing strategies when a search becomes "stale."

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of technical sourcing experience, preferably at a high-growth startup or a top-tier tech firm.
You understand the tech stack in depth, can navigate a GitHub profile, and know why someone would fit our EPD team, company and values.
You have a "hunter" mentality. You enjoy the challenge of finding the right person for a highly specific, difficult role.
You are self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, and can move as fast as our engineering team does.
