About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Install, qualify (IQ/OQ/PQ), maintain, and repair SoloVPE, FlowVPE, FlowVPX, TFF, ATF, and related systems
- Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
- Deliver customer training on system operation, software, and accessories
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers and internal teams
- Document service activities, resolutions, and technical updates in CRM and service platforms
- Collaborate with global FSE teams and Field Service Manager to share knowledge and coordinate service efforts
- Ensure compliance with GMP and other regulatory standards during service activities
- Review and contribute to service documentation, SOPs, and work instructions
- Support demo and loaner system programs, including verification testing and logistics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Engineering, Laboratory Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field service for scientific instruments or bioprocess equipment
- Experience working in Cleanrooms preferred
- Strong analytical, mechanical and electronic aptitude
- GMP or GLP experience preferred
- Ability to draft and execute SOPs and technical documentation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Willingness to travel across Europe
