About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Install, qualify (IQ/OQ/PQ), maintain, and repair SoloVPE, FlowVPE, FlowVPX, TFF, ATF, and related systems
  • Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
  • Deliver customer training on system operation, software, and accessories
  • Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers and internal teams
  • Document service activities, resolutions, and technical updates in CRM and service platforms
  • Collaborate with global FSE teams and Field Service Manager to share knowledge and coordinate service efforts
  • Ensure compliance with GMP and other regulatory standards during service activities
  • Review and contribute to service documentation, SOPs, and work instructions
  • Support demo and loaner system programs, including verification testing and logistics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Engineering, Laboratory Science, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in field service for scientific instruments or bioprocess equipment
  • Experience working in Cleanrooms preferred
  • Strong analytical, mechanical and electronic aptitude
  • GMP or GLP experience preferred
  • Ability to draft and execute SOPs and technical documentation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
  • Willingness to travel across Europe
