About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Install, qualify (IQ/OQ/PQ), maintain, and repair SoloVPE, FlowVPE, FlowVPX, TFF, ATF, and related systems
Conduct Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
Deliver customer training on system operation, software, and accessories
Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers and internal teams
Document service activities, resolutions, and technical updates in CRM and service platforms
Collaborate with global FSE teams and Field Service Manager to share knowledge and coordinate service efforts
Ensure compliance with GMP and other regulatory standards during service activities
Review and contribute to service documentation, SOPs, and work instructions
Support demo and loaner system programs, including verification testing and logistics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanics, Engineering, Laboratory Science, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in field service for scientific instruments or bioprocess equipment
Experience working in Cleanrooms preferred
Strong analytical, mechanical and electronic aptitude
GMP or GLP experience preferred
Ability to draft and execute SOPs and technical documentation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
Willingness to travel across Europe
