About the role

  • Partner with Bioproduction Account Managers to drive revenue growth and achieve or exceed sales targets for the OPUS PD and LS prepacked chromatography column portfolios
  • Develop, manage, and expand strategic relationships with key accounts, serving as a trusted technical and commercial expert for OPUS columns and Repligen resin technologies
  • Maintain accurate and timely sales reporting, forecasting, and pipeline management in SFDC
  • Support field sales execution through customer visits, technical presentations, and on-site technical discussions focused on OPUS columns, resin selection, and downstream workflow optimization
  • Clearly articulate the value of integrated purification solutions, combining Repligen chromatography resins, OPUS prepacked columns, and Artesyn Chromatography systems to deliver scalable, end-to-end workflows
  • Contribute to the development of sales tools, technical content, and collateral that highlight resin performance, OPUS scalability, and total cost-of-ownership advantages

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales Specialist or sales role
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific or engineering discipline
  • 5+ years of experience supporting downstream purification in development or manufacturing environments within the bioprocessing industry
  • Hands-on exposure to chromatography unit operations
  • Prior experience using CRM tools, including SFDC
  • Experience with Sales Navigator
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted, long-term relationships with customers and partners
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a global, cross-functional team
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate customer schedules
  • Ability to travel up to 65% domestically, with occasional international travel
