About the role
- Plan, build, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads/YouTube, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
- Develop and test audience strategies including lookalike audiences, retargeting, and custom segments.
- Manage ad spend budgets and optimize for efficient CAC and ROAS.
- Stay current on platform algorithm changes, new products features, and industry best practices.
- Partner with Creative Director on ad creative strategy, copy, visuals, and landing page optimization.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards to track KPIs and communicate results to stakeholders.
- Strategic tests on creative, copy, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Partner with the Head of Growth Marketing on quarterly planning and budget allocation.
- Help build and execute paid acquisition strategy for upcoming D2C brand launch.
Requirements
- 7+ years of hands-on experience managing performance media campaigns, preferably for B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing $300K+ monthly ad budgets.
- Deep expertise in Meta Ads and Google Ads; LinkedIn Ads experience a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Looker, Metabase or similar tools.
- Understanding of attribution models, conversion tracking, and pixel implementation.
- Solid understanding of the B2B SaaS business model, sales funnel and KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present data-driven recommendations.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, ideally in an IC role at a startup or scaleup.
- Ability to rapidly move from strategic decision-making to hands-on execution.
- Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
