Customer Support

• Provide an excellent customer support experience to clients, agents, and partners
• Investigate and resolve software and hardware problems for existing clients and applicants
• Effectively manage client technical, billing, and product inquiries via phone, chat, email, or CRM case
• Consult with EPP vendors and IT staff to explain errors and recommend changes
• Troubleshoot batch upload issues and work with vendors to resolve them
• Train other CS professionals to act as a backup
