Financial Planning and Analysis

• Lead the comprehensive annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range strategic financial planning processes
• Develop and maintain complex financial models (e.g., driver-based models, scenario planning, project profitability)
• Develop, track, and report KPI’s tied to revenue growth, margin expansion and operating efficiency
• Serve as strategic finance partner to functional and department leaders in Sales, Operations, Product and Technology
• Partner with Accounting to forecast cash, working capital, and liquidity
• Collaborate with Accounting functions to ensure accurate and timely financial statements
• Lead financial due diligence for acquisitions and divestitures; build and validate deal models
• Prepare board decks, lender packages, and private equity sponsor reporting.
