Key responsibilities & impact- Actively prospect new clients and business opportunities in the state of Minas Gerais
- Conduct sales meetings, perform needs diagnostics, and present customized solutions
- Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals aligned with company strategy
- Manage the entire sales funnel, ensuring the CRM is up to date and organized
- Work consultatively, building solid, long-term relationships
- Ensure a positive customer journey from first contact through post-sale
- Collaborate with internal teams to enable solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide market insights and identify strategic expansion opportunities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in commercial sales, preferably with consultative selling
- Experience in the insurance segment
- Experience with active prospecting and managing a customer portfolio
- Experience with targets and performance indicators
- Knowledge of CRM and sales funnel management
- Differentials:
- Previous experience in the corporate insurance market
- Knowledge of the Minas Gerais region and an active client portfolio
- Experience with B2B sales
