Sales Development Representative – Telesales

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You identify potential customers (B2B) and proactively reach out to them by phone or via digital channels
- You conduct structured initial conversations and qualify leads based on clear criteria
- You work with prepared call scripts and playbooks — and contribute your own ideas
- You reliably document your results in the CRM system
- You work closely with our project managers and provide valuable feedback from the market
- You continuously develop through coaching, feedback and best practices from the community
Requirements
What you’ll need- Some experience in sales or telephone outreach is an advantage but not required
- You are communicative, curious and comfortable proactively approaching people
- You work reliably, independently and in a structured manner
- You have your own laptop with a stable internet connection
- You speak fluent German — English skills are a plus
- You are eager to develop within a sales community and grow together
