About the role
- You identify potential B2B customers and proactively reach out to them by phone or via digital channels
- You conduct structured initial conversations and qualify leads according to clear criteria
- You work with prepared call scripts and playbooks — and contribute your own ideas
- You reliably document your results in the CRM system
- You collaborate closely with our project managers and provide valuable market feedback
- You continuously develop through coaching, feedback and best practices from the community
Requirements
- Some experience in sales or in telephone customer outreach is an advantage but not required
- You are communicative, curious and comfortable proactively approaching people
- You work reliably, independently and in a structured way
- You have your own laptop with a stable internet connection
- You speak fluent German — English skills are a plus
- You are motivated to grow within a sales community and develop together with the team
