About the role
- In this position you lay the foundation for optimal performance by successfully onboarding new SDRs and supporting your team in a motivating, supportive and challenging manner so that our sales talents continue to take off successfully.
- The role gives you the opportunity to contribute strategically and help drive REP's success and growth.
- As Teamlead, you are responsible for one of our SDR outbound teams of up to 12 SDRs and, with your coaching leadership style, ensure the achievement of sales goals and KPIs.
- In addition, you focus on outbound measures: you test new strategies, develop them further and analyze their success in close cooperation with the leadership team and derive new best practices and guidelines from them.
- As a leader, you are responsible for the team's performance and empower it through coaching, training and 1:1 sessions.
- You are a player-coach: you lead by example with successful calling and set a standard for your team.
- You are always at the forefront during events and campaigns.
- As Teamlead, you also take responsibility for 10+ clients: with your solution-oriented working style, strong communication skills and a pronounced customer-first mindset, you ensure that both clients and internal teams are sustainably supported.
- You work closely with Customer Success and the leadership team to ensure smooth coordination and continuous improvements in the outbound process.
Requirements
- Completed training or degree in business administration, sales, marketing or a comparable qualification.
- 3+ years of professional experience in an outbound sales role in the B2B sector.
- Experience in building and/or leading teams (or strong potential) including a team player mindset, empathy and the ability to motivate.
- Analysis and spreadsheets are as much a part of your work as client communication and coaching: you easily create reporting-based, individual recommendations for action for your team members.
- Strong numerical, target and results orientation, as well as high decisiveness.
- Organizational talent, structured and detail-oriented working style with a flair for sales and digital business models.
- Strong communicator combined with a high level of proactivity, the ability to listen and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent German communication skills and very good written and spoken English.
