Backend Engineer

• Own and evolve key parts of our TypeScript-based backend architecture
• Design and refine our GraphQL APIs (schema design, performance, authentication, data modeling)
• Integrate external and internal systems (REST and other interfaces)
• Build services and automations to manage and transform complex data
• Contribute to AI-assisted approaches for data structuring and internal tooling
• Ensure maintainability through clean architecture, testing, documentation, and best practices
• Balance rapid feature delivery with platform stability in a small, highly collaborative team
