About the role
- Be the go-to contact for our diverse range of B2B customers, including solar installers and utilities for the LATAM market
- Solve technical problems from day one after signature and guide them through technical questions about our system and solar and heatpump
- Leverage customer feedback to enhance our software, in close collaboration with our development team
- Continuously improve customer experience and help them day to day in calls and in our support chat
- Identify technical bottlenecks with customers and improve our solutions with the engineering team
- Strategically plan and implement projects that drive Reonic's growth and innovation
Requirements
- C2-level Spanish proficiency and fluent English is required
- Experience in B2B SaaS customer service or success
- Technical background e.g. (industrial-) engineering
- Previous experience in the start-up ecosystem
- Motivation to drive change in renewables and have a positive impact
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in Spanish and English
