About the role
- Take calls from customers to diagnose service issues on replacement windows & doors, bath & shower remodels, or cabinet refacing projects
- Create detailed service tickets and parts lists
- Order, track, and maintain reports on all service parts
- Schedule servicing appointments
- Communicate with Field Managers and Service Technicians for proper follow up on field issues
- Keep employees up to date on new or old product issues
Requirements
- Previous Remodeling, Construction or Carpentry experience required
- Experience working with customers to solve problems
- Excellent communication skills
- Ablity to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Must be 18 years or older
- Willingness to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
