About the role

  • Develop relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
  • Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas
  • Promote company products and services
  • Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
  • Provide best-in-class customer experience
  • Work a full schedule, including evenings, Saturdays and occasional Sundays
  • Receive provided leads and attend 2-3 pre-set, pre-qualified appointments per day

Requirements

  • Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a persuasive personality
  • Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, and B2C sales - a plus!
  • Strong sense of Ambition, Self-Motivation and Self-Discipline
  • An open mind, willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
  • Approachable demeanor
  • Own reliable vehicle with valid driver's license
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Willing to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to attend paid training in Dallas, Texas for the first 2 weeks (hotel provided, travel reimbursed)
  • Ability to work a full schedule, including evenings, Saturdays and occasional Sundays
