About the role
- Represent Rite Window by promoting our high-quality products and services to both prospective and existing customers through in-store retail marketing campaigns and events
- Deliver engaging, face-to-face sales presentations that highlight our premium products and expert installation services
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to sharpen your sales skills and deepen your product knowledge

- Attend scheduled retail events and in-store marketing activities; travel within the local market as needed
Requirements
- 1-2+ years of experience in a sales or customer-facing roles is welcomed
- Strong communication and collaboration skills are required to work effectively across teams in addressing customer needs
- A self-starter attitude and driven to exceed goals
- A collaborative mindset and desire to learn from others
- Open to traveling within the local market as needed
- Scheduling availability includes Saturdays and/or Sundays, with additional weekday opportunities available
