About the role
- Outside sales representative role to develop relationships with prospective and existing customers
- Learn our primary product lines, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Work closely with leadership and mentors to achieve milestones
- Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas
- Promote company products and services
- Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts
- Provide best-in-class customer experience
- Conduct 2-3 pre-set, pre-qualified appointments per day (leads provided)
- Work a full schedule, including evenings, Saturdays and occasional Sundays
Requirements
- Positivity, Flexibility, Determination and a persuasive personality
- Previous experience in hospitality, food and beverage, mortgage, real estate, solar, and B2C sales - a plus!
- Strong sense of Ambition, Self-Motivation and Self-Discipline
- An open mind, willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to speak publicly with confidence and poise
- Approachable demeanor
- Own reliable vehicle with valid driver's license
- Must be 18 years or Older
- Willing to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (sponsorship question asked in application)
- Willing to commit to paid training in Dallas, Texas for the first 2 weeks
- Able to work a full schedule, including evenings, Saturdays and occasional Sundays
